Plastic Desis

I obtained these results from ‘Contours Management’ Photo Gallery. Unforunately there wren’t any high res pix of patients. From what i can tell, this patient probably received Abdominoplasty or Tummy Tuck as it is commonly known. From what i can see in the pix, it looks like a decent job, but then again i have no clue how her tummy tuck scar looks like?? In a lot of tummy tuck procedures, even in US,  the biggest concern is the huge scar that runs from one hip to the other.

This patient received a Nose Job from Dr Shahab Mahdi. The tip of the nose has been reduced and a bump on the nose bridge has been removed. While i like the newly trimmed tip, I am not exactly crazy about the new bridge. It’s quite crooked and looks weird. An important job of the surgeon is to ensure the patient’s breathing is not affected. I am curious, if this patient can breathe normally.

What do you guys think about the results. FYI, According to a consult of his, the doctor charges Rs 200,000 for a Nose Job. Not sure if its a fixed figure, or if it varies on a case basis.

This patient received Hair Transplant surgery from Dr Humayun Mohmand. I couldn’t find information about the number of grafts received by the patient or the number of sessions. I personally like the results, i think they look pretty natural, maybe Salman khan needs to pay a visit to Islamabad:).

The above patient received a chin implant from Dr Abdul Hakeem Babar. You can find more information on the doctor by clicking here.

Chin Implant works really well to give definition to the chin. It seems to have worked well for the above patient. As with all other implants, however, chin implant begins to become very obvious as the face loses elasticity and collagen over time.

 This Patient received upper eye lid Blepharoplasty at Dr Alkhairy’s Cosmetic Surgery Center. In the before picture, the patient has excessive droopy skin which is covering the upper eyelid. This could either be natural or the effect of gravity over time. In hte ‘after’ picture, the excessive skin has been removed. This patient underwent facial liposuction at the aesthetic surgi center in lahore. There’s no information about the doctor who performed the procedure. I think the procedure worked out pretty well. Her face is very nicely contoured and there aren’t any visible scars or the “dimpled” effect which is a common side effect of lipsuction
