No one gives two hoots about former actress Nirma, so I probably shouldn’t have bothered with this. Yeah she’s had a boob job, YAWN, now I’ll get back to sticking needles into Josh Holloway’s wife’s Voodoo Doll.

I apologize for not posting anything the entire week. Both me and my computer have been very sick. We probably got infected by the swine flu.. hear its pretty lethal. I knew I shouldn’t have watched all those pig videos on Youtube.

More than a decade ago, I recall reading a News clipping in ‘The News’ about Meera’s breast implant bursting onset, but that incident clearly did not deter our dear Meera. She continues to change her breast size more often than i change my hair style. I am not sure if the implants keep bursting or she likes change, but she’s got to stop abusing her body. I shudder just thinking of the scar filled horror that I imagine to be her chest.
(I really tried getting hold a pic before she got any implants, but after viewing more than 500 pix, i am emotionally, psychologically and physically DRAINED)
A Lahore based clinic claims to have performed surgery on Actresses Nirma and Reema. I’ve emailed them for more details. let’s see what I hear back.
Update: The email they sent me can be viewed here. Firstly I totally don’t buy the whole “we called them” piece.
Either these folks are breaching Doctor-Patient confidentiality by releasing names of patients without consent ( and thinking that they aren’t, just because they haven’t released specifics of the procedure) OR Nirma and Reema want the entire world to know they’ve had plastic surgery so they can be worshipped as plastic surgery queens….hmmmmm….that’s a tough one kids. I am in a conundrum!!! Man i wish Einstein was alive to help figure this one out.

-Her face is no longer ‘flat’ thanks to, either cheek implants or injectable fillers in the cheek area.
-The before pix aren’t exactly high res BUT, notice that the overall shape of the nose remains the same except……. wait for it……………………… the upturned tip in the ‘after’ pix. Upturned noses are supposed to be cute and girly…but i think she just looks plain silly.
-Her lips are naturally full. lucky girl!!!!!!!
-Her brows have always been this crazy lifted, no brow lift suspected.
She actually used to look human at one point in her life, quite hard to imagine now…….. btw I am not done with Gauri Khan yet 
but i don’t wanna rush her post, so you guys will have to wait:)
In recent years, a new sub specie known as Homo-Cheekians has evolved amongst the bipedal primates. It appears Meera has become part of this sub specie and like all other members, she ain’t lookin pretty!!!!

Meera’s essentially been getting work done before man invented fire. Over the years so many of her body parts have changed, its hard to tell which one’s her own. 
The nose job is fairly obvious, I dunno about you guys but to me it looks like a typical ‘cookie cutter’ nose. You’ll see about a gazillion people sporting this very nose after a rhinoplasty. The brow lift is also pretty obvious, notice the distance between her brow bone and her brow has increased, while the thickness of the eye brows remains the same, the ends of the eye brows also look very lifted. Her jaw bone looks narrower in the after pic.
What do you guys think? I think she looked nicer before. She had a softer look on her face…now she looks very “CHUNDAAL/TAIZ”. her eyes also look very weird. Maybe its the result of Blepharoplasty, maybe it’s coz of facelift(s), maybe its Maybelline…..:p
This patient received Hair Transplant surgery from Dr Humayun Mohmand. I couldn’t find information about the number of grafts received by the patient or the number of sessions. I personally like the results, i think they look pretty natural, maybe Salman khan needs to pay a visit to Islamabad:).

Old is Gold.. quite literally!!! This new procedure has recently started gaining popularity in the west. People are considering it instead of the traditional facelift, as its lighter on the wallet and looks more natural. Here’s what the daily mail had to say about it:
” Using just needle and thread, a finely woven 24-carat mesh framework is sewn under the surface of the skin where it remains.It is not a procedure for the faint-hearted. The patient remains awake as four yards of gold thread are inserted, the only painkiller being dozens of local anaesthetic injections applied to the face.The gold stimulates increased production of collagen around the threads in response to the presence of a foreign substance.” Since Gold is a non reactive metal, there is no harm to the skin and it is slowly broken down by the body.

Ms Chopra seems to have under gone Rhinoplasty to refine her nose. There have also been rumors that she received skin lightening treatments to go a couple of shades lighter. Besides these obvious procedures she’s undergone a hell of a change courtesy her stylist. Below are pix from her birthday in 2006 and 2007.UGHHHHHHHHH MY EYES, MY EYES…. they have been damaged beyond repair!!!!!!

Recently, Madhuri has been looking ‘fresh’ and seems to have shed 5- 10 years off her face. In this candid picture taken in 2004, her jawline has very pronounced jowls, droopy eyelids( her upper eye lids aren’t visible) and under eye bags. Fast forward to 2007 and OMG she is looking better then ever. Looks like she received jowl removal surgery and a facelift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and some type of skin tightening procedure such as thermage, photofacial, or maybe even fillers. Whoever did these procedures did an EXCELLENT job. The key to a good outcome is to avoid something drastic and get minor tweeks, that make you look like a younger YOU…
If I’d only seen Aamir khan in 2001 and 2008, I would’ve thought he’s our real-life Benjamin Button, whose wrinkles disappear with age and what not. but his 2006 pic throws that theory out the window. Guess somewhere between Fanaa and Gajini, he got stung by a botox carrying bee:p
As much as i hate to admit it, comparing the Miss World pic with a recent one shows that Aishwarya has NOT gone under the knife. All of her features are exactly the way they were.
I do know for a fact that she has extensively used hair extensions/ hair pieces in most of her movies, but that doesn’t really count( unless i find an embarassing pic, with the weave showing :p). There have also been speculations that she underwent smart lipo. But that cannot be proven, unless I can see side effects of lipo on her body. At this point, I can safely say that Aishwarya Rai has not gone under the knife, atleast since she was crowned.

A pic is worth a thousand words, the AFTER pix are all from the premier of ‘Sorry Bhai’, sometime last year. Here’s my two cents on the stuff she got done:
Brow Lift: The brow lift was totally unneeded!!!!! She looks permanently surprised in ALL the after pix. As can be seen in the BEFORE pic, if the eye brow is naturally raised( when we talk animatedly), the forehead tends to wrinkle. In the after pix, there is no wrinkling of the forehead since the eye brow has been surgically lifted. BADLY done procedure!!!!!
Fillers: I am very PRO fillers, I think its a far better option to get facial fillers( such as fat grafts and collagen) rather than pulling your face tight with a face lift. In shabana’s case, however, i think there is an obvious over dosage of fillers. I think the doc needs to cut the amount in about half.
Cheek Implant: I think the cheek implants look good on her. They give good definition to the cheeks, which were clearly flat before… but you all know my take on chin implant, which can be read in previous posts:)
Neck lift The neck looks firm in the after pix, a far cry from the loose droopy neck in the before pic. Good job
Lower lid Blepharoplasty /Eye Bag Removal: I’ve seen this surgery being performed on a patient and i was pleasantly surprised at how clean and easy it is. It’s definitely a procedure I’ll be getting in a few decades:). Shabana looks fabulous without those tacky bags.Great job.
